We actually had to maintain the property (because it was in foreclosure) before we owned it to keep up the value so our loan would go through! It was a fun summer job....with no pay!

There is plenty of things to clean up around the property. And plenty to mow! Tim and Chrissy came to visit us from LA. They probably thought we are crazy to move out here and leave our nice home in the city.
