Breakfast Casserole
1 small package of stuffing
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C milk
6 eggs
1t. salt
1 lb sausage browned and drained
1 t. dry mustard
3/4 stick margarine melted
Prepare this the night before.
Spread the stuffing in the bottom of a baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Beat until well blended.
Add sausage, butter and cheese and stir until blended.
Pour over stuffing and put in fridge.
Bake the next morning. 30-40 minutes at 350.
