White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookies 


Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 C Chopped macadamia nuts
    1 Egg
    2/3 C Butter - melted
    1 1/2 t. Vanilla
    1 C Flour

  • 1/2 t. Baking soda

  • 1/8 t. Salt

  • 4 oz White Chocolate

Directions:

 

Spread the nuts on a cookies sheet and bake at 325 for about 5 min.

Lightly grease a 8" baking pan and set aside. Mix together egg, brown sugar, until fluffy. and melted butter and vanilla, mix well. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together first in a separate bowl. Add dry mix to wet. Coarsely chop the white chocolate. Stir in choc and nuts to batter.

* Pour all into the 8" dish  or drop as cookies.

Bake at 325 for 30 min if using the dish.
