Moms Pie Crust Recipe


Ingredients:

 

  • 2 C. Flour Sifted

  • 3/4 t. Salt

  • 3/4 C. Shortening

  • 4-6 T. Cold water

Directions:

 

  1. Sift flour into bowl with slat.

  2. Cut in shortening

  3. Add water carefully and stir with fork just until mixture holds together.

  4. Should make 2 pie crusts.

Notes:

 

Same recipe found in church book. Also has 1 egg and 1 t. of vinegar to recipe.
