• 1 C. Sugar

• 1 Egg Slightly beaten

• 1 t. Baking soda

• 1 C Peanut Butter

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Combine: Peanut butter and sugar  until well blended.

3. Add egg and baking soda.

4. Drop about a t. of dough on sheet, roll flat, then cross with fork.

5. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

Found that these need to be thin in order to bake properly. Will not flatten by itself when baking. Let cool a minute or so before removing from sheet
